SMB Sales Associate (Contract) - Remote

Overview

Goody is seeking a results-oriented SMB Sales Associate to support and drive new business growth across the small business and very small business segments.

In Short

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to closing.
• Drive consultative, solution-based conversations with small business prospects.
• Convert warm inbound leads and nurture early-stage buyers.
• Provide product demos and guide prospects to their first purchase.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Customer Support.
• Accurately track activity, pipeline, and deal progress in CRM.
• Follow established sales processes and contribute to the SMB playbook.
• Represent Goody with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Comfortable managing a high number of leads and driving deals to close.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Startup and e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with clear deliverables.
