Political Associate - Remote

Overview

GoodParty.org is looking for an experienced political campaign professional with a background in campaign management, field operations, and/or communications. You’re a relationship builder and candidate coach, adept at leveraging voter data to provide strategic insights and enhance campaign effectiveness. Success in this contract role looks like helping local and state candidates from across the ideological spectrum use GoodParty.org’s tools to win their elections this cycle.

In Short

• Remotely support candidates in understanding and utilizing GoodParty.org’s AI Campaign Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Analyze elections and voter data to generate insights.
• Coordinate text banking and phone banking scripting.
• Contribute to the candidate community in Discord.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve tools.
• Provide comprehensive customer success services.

Requirements

• At least three years of campaign experience.
• Track record of working on successful candidate campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent use of systems including CRMs and AI tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools professionally.
• Adaptable to the changing nature of campaigns.
