Public Policy Associate - Remote

Overview

The Public Policy Associate at Nubank will focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Mexican financial services industry, advocating for policies that support Nubank's growth and innovation.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with industry leaders, policymakers, and regulators.
• Identify and analyze emerging regulatory trends and legislative initiatives.
• Represent Nubank in high-level discussions and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.
• Support the Policy team in shaping and implementing the overall Public Policy strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Eight to ten years of experience with governmental regulatory agencies or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of financial regulation and experience working with regulators.
• Ability to manage simultaneous complex projects.
• Ability to influence complex regulatory discussions.
• Teamwork and cooperation skills.
