Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives within the mortgage group, responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to attract current GoodLeap customers to the mortgage team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations preferred.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
