Overview

The AdTech & Yield Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex AdTech projects from conception to go-live, focusing on stability, performance, and timelines.

• Manage complex AdTech projects with a focus on stability and performance.
• Optimize the AdStack around Google Ad Manager 360 and Prebid.
• Monitor and optimize technical processes in Ad Serving.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Data, and Development teams.
• Integrate new SSPs, PMP deals, and demand partners.
• Strategically develop the AdTech landscape.
• Utilize KPIs for targeted optimization.
• Test new tools and technologies in AdTech.
• Implement data privacy regulations effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in the AdTech/AdOps field, preferably on the publisher side.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager 360 and Header Bidding.
• Experience with debugging and monitoring in web and app environments.
• Strong expertise in Programmatic Advertising.
• Interest in First-Party Data strategies.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
• Structured and analytical work approach.
