Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS customer-facing role.
• 1-2 years of people management or team lead experience preferred.
• Track record of exceeding revenue KPIs in B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of subscription models and renewal workflows.
• Skilled in pipeline management and commercial deal structuring.
• Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ tools, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• Able to lead through data analysis and account health monitoring.
• Operational mindset with a focus on process improvement.
