In Short

  • Identify and acquire new stores within your assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow territory level focused accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong distribution and store level relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment.
  • Ensure flawless execution of new product launches.
  • Attend industry events to represent the brands.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the pet industry.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of the pet industry.
  • Knowledge of sales management within the retail channel.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with focused accounts.

  • In-depth understanding of regional chains.

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
