Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at GoGuardian, you will work alongside our sales and customer experience teams as the ultimate product specialist and provide both pre- and post- sales technical guidance.

• Develop a deep understanding of GoGuardian’s products.
• Participate in discovery calls to identify customer needs.
• Assist sales teams by addressing technical questions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support onboarding and implementation of software solutions.
• Research and recommend new technical solutions.
• Provide detailed documentation and clear communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong business acumen and technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Background in IT and/or network administration.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
