Software Developer - Remote

Overview

We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with top companies globally. We are seeking an English-fluent Software Developer based in Latin America to work remotely.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with senior team members on architectural standards.
• Participate in design discussions for scalability and security.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with international team members on technical challenges.
• Write unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably with Java, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Flutter.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of Agile development.
• Experience with DevOps workflows.
• Comfortable in Linux environments and using Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Benefits

• Salary range of USD $2,000 - $2,500 per month based on seniority.
• Independent contractor position through a payroll platform.
• Work remotely allocated at our client.
