Overview

The Sales & Growth Lead will drive Gratia’s go-to-market execution and customer acquisition strategy, playing a pivotal role in accelerating growth and optimizing outbound sales.

In Short

  • Own and execute the full outbound sales cycle for Gratia’s staffing solution.
  • Develop and test outbound sales cadences using various tools.
  • Research and target strategic decision-makers.
  • Maintain a strong outbound pipeline and track conversions.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Manage client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Establish and manage referral relationships.
  • Own and report on outbound KPIs.
  • Continuously test messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Shape the future of analyst staffing through strategic leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven success in selling staffing or professional services.
  • Experience building outbound sales systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Background in top-tier consulting is a plus.
  • Data-driven and analytical thinker.
  • Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
