UKG Pro WFM Transformation Analyst - Remote

Overview

The UKG Pro Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in GM’s timekeeping tool migration from Kronos to UKG Pro, engaging in all phases of the program and responsible for analyzing timekeeping related business processes and eliciting requirements.

• Research and identify best practices for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify project issues and recommend solutions.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Deep understanding of Kronos, UKG Pro, or similar timekeeping software.
• Experience developing business process models and product backlogs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and analytical mindset are critical.
