Senior Risk Transformation Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Risk Transformation Lead to drive automation and process improvements for our Audit, Risk, and Control Assurance teams out of our Costa Rica office.

In Short

• Lead technical and process transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Risk, SOX, Compliance or Internal Audit stakeholders is a plus.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and process optimization.
• Strong automation background and business process improvement experience.
• Expertise in business analysis and translating to technical requirements.
• Proven track record in managing complex technical projects.
• Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to take on dynamic challenges.
