The Engineering Group Manager for Propulsion Thermal Management will lead a team of engineers in developing software solutions for automotive thermal systems, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive thermal management systems.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, MATLAB/SIMULINK, or Python.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and mentoring engineers.
  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning tools.
  • Familiarity with software and system verification environments.
