Requirements

• Extensive experience in Senior Engineering Management of large teams.
• Background in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Ability to mentor and drive team development.
• Deep experience with business stakeholders and technical discussions.
