HR Specialist (Shared Services) - Remote

Overview

As an HR Specialist within our Regional Shared Service Centre, you will join a fast-growing company and support professionals we engage on behalf of our client, managing HR, Payroll, and legal service providers for international entities.

In Short

• Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, data management, and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documentation including contracts and onboarding guides.
• Organize and maintain employee records on our proprietary platform.
• Administer benefits and collaborate with brokers for enrollments.
• Provide payroll data to support payroll administration.
• Conduct audits to ensure accurate payment for professionals.
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Communicate effectively with professionals and customers.
• Ensure service excellence by adhering to established SLAs.
• Act as the first point of contact for professionals during onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of HR operations experience.
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation in the APAC region is a plus.
• Experience in handling offboardings is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Literacy with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in an international team.
