Procurement Shared Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position will lead Supplier Relationship & Risk Management across all enterprise functions, focusing on process improvements and managing third-party risks.

• Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; Remote on Fridays
• Full-time position with a salary range of $60,500 - $102,000 plus 10% bonus
• Responsible for Supplier Management and Risk Management
• Conduct evaluations and verifications of potential Suppliers
• Facilitate NDAs and monitor expiration dates
• Collaborate with various teams for Supplier Risk Assessment
• Communicate and document third-party risks and controls
• Support Supplier Governance and Compliance activities
• Build advocacy and trust across the organization
• Influence stakeholders in decision-making processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain
• Experience in Risk, Sourcing, and Supply Chain processes
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work output
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
