Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Business, or 5+ years in store operations training.

• Excellent presentation skills to large audiences.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be willing to be based in Ann Arbor, MI.
