Overview

The Philippines Country Manager is responsible for collaborating with the team to provide strategic leadership, oversee operational management, and drive overall program success in the Philippines, helping to promote GRI’s commercial services in the country.

In Short

Responsible for strategic leadership and operational management in the Philippines.
Oversee donor-funded programs and capacity-building initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen local partnerships.
Lead the preparation and submission of donor proposals and reports.
Engage with stakeholders to raise public awareness of sustainability.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sustainability.
Excellent communication and representation skills required.
Fluency in English and Filipino is necessary.
Remote work capability is essential.
Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Requirements

5 years of experience in a similar role.
4 years in international development, preferably with NGOs.
Strong project and program management skills.
Experience in content development and training.
Proven track record in event management.
Degree in International Development or related field.
Strong knowledge of sustainability developments.
Ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
High level of accountability and adaptability.
Comfortable working remotely.
