Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex international maritime proliferation prevention project based in the Philippines, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to project goals.

Requirements

• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Earned Value Management.
• Professional registration through the Project Management Institute.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the Philippines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage and direct teams effectively.
• Knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Ability to conduct presentations and interface with diverse groups.
