Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The project manager will drive execution of large complex projects, ensuring that commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards. They will proactively work with the project team and stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered in a manner that achieves business/contractual obligations and meets client/key stakeholder satisfaction and needs.

• Delivers projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
• Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Executes a communication plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages scope changes and change requests.
• Creates and monitors risk logs and actively mitigates all risks.
• Establishes trusted relationships with the project team and stakeholders.
• Reports project status, per guidelines.
• Motivates the team to drive toward success.
• Identifies and implements improvements to processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification (optional).
• 5 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be highly self-motivated and creative.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills required.
