Overview

Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation dedicated to making government services simple and effective. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the support of mid-large scale products, collaborating with engineers, designers, and government partners to enhance digital services.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Manager.
• Previous experience with the Center for Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with agile frameworks like scrum and kanban.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive and empathetic mindset.
