In Short

• This full-time position will be part of a Sales Development Program designed to provide you with the tools to grow into an Associate Licensing Director role in 18-24 months.
• Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and building the sales pipeline.
• One week of in-person training will be provided in Los Angeles, CA.
• Drive lead generation activities for the sales team by cultivating high-quality opportunities.
• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and social media.
• Identify key decision makers and influencers within prospective organizations.
• Arrange and schedule meetings with Licensing Directors to pitch and close deals.
• Manage all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
• Learn key sales skills to prepare for more senior sales roles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of prior experience in a professional work environment, preferably in sales-related roles.
• Strong phone and email skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Proficient in navigating the internet and social media.
• Willingness to adapt and learn with a coachable mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
