Support Chat Specialist - Remote

Overview

Givebutter is looking for a Customer Support Chat & Email Specialist with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our users. You will support the fundraising efforts of a diverse group of nonprofits by responding to inquiries via chat and email.

In Short

• Respond to user queries via live chat and email
• Follow up with unresponsive users to resolve their questions
• Proactively identify user needs
• Analyze product malfunctions and report them
• Gather user feedback and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Live Chat Support Specialist
• 2+ years of remote experience
• Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests
• High adaptability and positive attitude
• Experience using help desk software (e.g., Intercom, Slack)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must provide own computer and stable internet
