Senior Product Manager, Donor Experience & Payments - Remote

Overview

The Senior Product Manager for Donor Experience & Payments at Givebutter will be responsible for enhancing the donation experience through strategic product management, focusing on consumer payments and optimizing user engagement.

• Own the product roadmap for Donor Experience at Givebutter.
• Define product strategy in collaboration with the CPTO.
• Ensure donation experiences are well-designed and user-friendly.
• Integrate new payment methods into the donation experience.
• Test and optimize donation processes to maximize contributions.
• Analyze data to improve product experiences and donor lifetime value.
• Lead product experiments from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments and eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of consumer product design principles.
• Knowledge of eCommerce unit economics and yield optimization.
• Data fluency with SQL and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results.
