In this role, you’ll lead the design and evolution of impactful digital experiences used by school districts, government agencies, and nonprofits. With a focus on self-service tooling, AI-driven insights, and workflow optimization, you’ll collaborate across functions to translate user needs into strategic roadmaps and high-performing features. In Short

• Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration — for client-facing features within a B2B SaaS platform.
• Translate diverse client needs into scalable product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive product experiences that drive measurable impact.
• Champion user empathy by conducting research and leveraging insights to inform features, enhance usability, and reduce support burden.
• Deliver innovative solutions including dashboards, AI-powered automation, and self-service tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor success metrics, track adoption, and apply data-driven decisions to improve client satisfaction and product-market fit.
