Overview

As a Senior Technical Sales Enablement Program Manager at GitLab, you will build and deploy product enablement programs and training curricula to enhance the technical understanding of our customer-facing field teams regarding our AI-Powered DevSecOps platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product enablement or technical sales roles.
• Familiarity with modern software development technologies.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, security, and CI/CD.
• Experience with GitLab and Git.
• Experience writing technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.
• Strong collaboration and feedback-gathering skills.
