• Lead and manage a team of geographically dispersed Ads Technical Program Managers.
• Proactively identify resourcing needs and maintain visibility of all projects.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the teams supported.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver features and programs.
• Drive engineering process improvement in execution and communication.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software industry experience in leading technical programs.
• 7+ years of people management experience with distributed teams.
• 5+ years of experience in digital ads platforms and monetization.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring talent.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience representing work to senior leadership.
• Experience in establishing multi-disciplinary relationships.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
