• Experience with website personalization tools (Mutiny preferred).
• Strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Capacity to model organizational competencies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
