In Short

  • Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce
  • Develop and document territory operations processes
  • Troubleshoot account routing questions and support territory reporting and analysis requests
  • Partner with Revenue Strategy and Sales Operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Systems team on ongoing automation improvements
  • Support data enrichment tools and systems utilized by the Territory Operations team

Requirements

  • Experience working in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce support team, Data operations or similar
  • Self-starter and works effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to continuously execute on deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge and experience of the sales operations function
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret GTM policies and concept application
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
  • Salesforce experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • Strong problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to use GitLab
