In Short

  • Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers on the GitLab platform and best practices.
  • Understand the customer journey for future adoption guidance.
  • Act as a liaison for GitLab questions and issues.
  • Own a book of assigned customers focusing on adoption and satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about GitLab releases.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Git and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience in defining and achieving business outcomes with customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in French.
