Overview

As an Account Executive focused on the renewables market, you serve as the revenue engine of our business, driving growth through ambitious sales targets and dedicated customer engagement.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for renewable energy customers.
  • Develop solutions and quotes that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Own account P&L statements and drive pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers for complex requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Hubspot.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance Team to convert quotes into invoices.
  • Lead presentations on key account metrics and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution or renewable energy.
  • Experience with renewable energy developers or similar customers.
  • Strong technical foundation in electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Success in managing complex B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
