Overview

The Executive Director of Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for leading the strategic direction of GHX’s infrastructure cloud resources, managing cloud practices, and ensuring best-in-class product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure experience in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years in a Cloud Leadership or Architecture role using AWS.
• Experience running high transaction systems with low latency.
• Technical strength in cloud architectures and engineering processes.
• Experience managing large teams (40+ people).
• Expertise in incident management and disaster recovery.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and ROI evaluation.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with senior executives.
