Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ engineers.
• Customer-focused mindset and good product sense.
• 5+ years in SaaS software development roles.
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with testing, monitoring, and SLAs in large-scale web services.
