The Engineer, Infrastructure Engineering role involves assisting in the design and maintenance of desktop platforms, application packaging, compatibility testing, and troubleshooting desktop-related issues.

• Deploy, administer, maintain, and upgrade desktop systems.

Requirements

• Experience with Active Directory, vulnerability patching, and Ivanti EPM or SCCM.
• 3+ years of desktop administration or engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Windows PowerShell or Windows Scripting Host.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Strong MS Excel and data analytics skills.
• Experience in developing and documenting enterprise computing processes.
