In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B and B2G markets.
  • Identify and proactively acquire potential business clients and public institutions.
  • Maintain and expand long-term, results-oriented customer relationships.
  • Create and present compelling offers, concepts, and contracts.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong network with decision-makers in companies and institutions.
  • Regularly analyze sales metrics and derive actions for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales management, marketing, and product development.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of proven successful experience in B2B and/or B2G sales.
  • Strong closing skills and negotiation confidence at decision-maker level.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational implementation skills.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
  • Analytical thinking to identify market potentials and optimize sales measures.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility.
  • Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
