Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-quality learning materials, simulations, and assessments that power Wing’s training ecosystem. This role ensures all curriculum, modules, and graded simulations remain up to date, engaging, and aligned with evolving tools, processes, and client expectations. You’ll collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program leads to translate complex operational workflows into clear, interactive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools like Articulate and Captivate.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in designing interactive learning experiences.
• Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Knowledge of Wing’s service lines and workflows.
• Certification in Learning Technologies is preferred.
