Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mandarin-English) - Remote

Overview

Wing Assistant is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients in both Mandarin and English, working remotely on a full-time basis.

In Short

• Respond to client emails and portal requests in Mandarin and English.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for urgent client needs.
• Assist customers with empathetic support and coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer records for information accessibility.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Build trusted relationships with customer accounts.
• Document all interactions and updates following protocols.
• Work in EST/PST shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and either French or Mandarin.
• Proven experience in a B2C or B2B customer service role.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French or Mandarin (written & spoken).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
• Proactive with attention to detail.
• Able to work in EST/PST shifts.
