In Short

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services.
• Qualify leads over the phone and input information into a CRM system.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments.
• Make collection calls and resolve debts.
• Execute customer surveys and compile results.
• Address support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Work on a graveyard shift.
• Work from home.

Requirements

• High school graduate or certificate course.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy and familiar with CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to work US hours (20-40 hours per week).
