Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Trucordia, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our commercial lines clients, assisting with the management of and servicing of commercial insurance policies.

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers in person and via various communication channels.
• Process new business and renewals for customers.
• Sell and quote new business to personal and commercial lines clients.
• Assist in preparing and processing commercial insurance policies.
• Identify and assess customers' needs, delivering effective solutions.
• Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• P&C insurance agent license required.
