We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed startup looking for a founding outbound enterprise sales rep to own enterprise outreach and pipeline creation.

In Short

  • Identify and engage C-suite executives.
  • Build systems for enterprise sales beyond cold outreach.
  • Sell and close deals ranging from $10k to $100k+.
  • Develop and scale outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Keep CRM system updated with customer information.
  • Book qualified meetings with C-level prospects.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define target verticals.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B outbound sales.
  • Track record of engaging C-level decision makers.
  • Comfortable with consultative and value-based sales.
  • Obsessed with creating pipeline and hitting targets.
  • Experience selling to high-profile companies.
  • Natural relationship-builder at all levels.
  • Systems thinker with scaling capabilities.
