In Short

  • Responding to inquiries and educating customers on products via chat and email
  • Troubleshooting problems for customers
  • Coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • Helping customers build successful businesses
  • Handling onboarding calls with customers
  • Working in 8-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
  • Excellent language skills in English and Portuguese required
  • Online marketing acumen and technical background preferred
  • Outgoing personality with superior communication skills
  • Fully remote recruitment process

Requirements

  • Excellent language skills in English and Portuguese (C1 level)
  • Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • Ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to speak with customers over the phone/via Teams call
