Senior Product Manager, Monetisation - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in the area of Monetisation to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our pricing, packaging, and billing experiences. Reporting to the Head of Product Growth, you will shape how users upgrade, renew, and pay for our product. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Data & Analytics, multiple Product Teams, User Experience, Marketing, Finance & Legal, and Customer Success—to ensure revenue growth, user satisfaction, and long-term customer value.

In Short

• Drive monetisation strategy – Develop and iterate on monetisation strategy in collaboration with Product Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
• Optimise upgrade flows – Design in-app and email-based upgrade paths that enhance the user experience while maximising revenue.
• Ensure billing reliability – Oversee the technical and operational aspects of billing and payment gateways.
• Experiment & iterate – Propose and run A/B tests on packaging changes and pricing adjustments.
• Key monetisation metrics – Own leading and lagging monetisation metrics and update leadership on revenue performance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• High agency and ownership of situations.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on e-commerce or SaaS.
