In Short

  • Responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
  • Troubleshooting problems for customers
  • Coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • Helping customers build successful businesses
  • Handling onboarding calls with customers

Requirements

  • Excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level)
  • Online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • Open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • Ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
  • Ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
