Geotab is seeking Site Reliability Engineering professionals to provide escalated engineering support and customer service for their MyGeotab applications and related hardware.

In Short

• Provide engineering support for MyGeotab applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams.
• Collaborate to improve engineering tools and dashboards.
• Implement automation tools to streamline tasks.
• Conduct system tests for security and performance.
• Assist in strategic planning for server capacity.
• Recommend design enhancements for reliability and security.
• Maintain documentation for areas of expertise.
• Monitor servers for high availability.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in Software Development/DevOps/SRE.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Powershell, Python, SQL, and Linux.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Experience in a technical or engineering organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical competence with software programs like Google Suite.
