Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Geotab is seeking a Product Designer who will work cross-functionally with sales and support teams to enhance and improve the customer experience across onboarding and engagement.

In Short

• Lead research, ideation, and creation of application interactions.
• Partner with UX Research, Product Management, Development, and Data Science teams.
• Map out user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for user testing.
• Conduct interviews and collect feedback from end users.
• Design web applications using industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance with AODA guidelines for site accessibility.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Adapt to growing technology and market demands.
• 3+ years of experience in User Research and Product Design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Research and Product Design.
• 2+ years in an individual contributor role on a design team.
• Deep knowledge of product design and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Relevant Bachelor's Diploma/Degree or industry experience.
