Overview

Geotab is seeking a Manager, Product Delivery Management who will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the product delivery function, focusing on managing contract manufacturing projects and optimizing operational processes.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of contract manufacturing managers and product delivery managers.
• Oversee contract manufacturing readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Coordinate between internal teams and contract manufacturers for timely product delivery.
• Manage operational planning and execution of product launches.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Provide updates to senior management on project progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of manufacturing engineering and operation management experience.
• 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In-depth understanding of managing relationships with contract manufacturers.
• Expertise in overseeing product delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes.
• Strong project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Ability to travel internationally.
