Overview

As Associate Director of Business Development, you will lead new client acquisition for our cutting-edge SaaS genomic data and analytics platform.

In Short

• Focus on building and progressing a high-quality pipeline of pharma and biotech prospects
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the US, UK and Europe
• Engage senior decision-makers across R&D, commercial and data functions with a consultative, insight-driven sales approach
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Product, Science, Data and Marketing
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
• Stay plugged into the market by gathering competitive intelligence and understanding client priorities

Requirements

• Proven SaaS or digital health sales professional with a successful track record
• Deeply familiar with the R&D or data and analytics environment in life sciences
• Strong communicator, able to articulate complex scientific or technical value propositions
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• A relationship-builder with strategic thinking and commercial intuition
