In Short

• Own strategy and delivery for AI-extracted real-world evidence (RWE) products and expert-curated RWE datasets.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to shape roadmap and differentiation.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial on go-to-market plans, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Write and maintain product requirements (PRDs/specs), user stories, and roadmaps.
• Define clear product positioning, boundaries, and customer expectations across AI insights and curated data.
• Set quality standards for AI outputs with AI, Science, and Curation leaders.
• Ensure release readiness, including user acceptance testing for major and minor releases.
• Build and maintain an integrated roadmap that balances innovation, commercial potential, strategic alignment, and scientific rigor.
• Communicate product vision and progress to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish governance and documentation for AI-driven data products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• 5–10+ years of product management work in a software-, data-, or AI-driven environment.
• Strong domain background in healthcare, genomics, clinical diagnostics, pharma, or health IT.
• Proven ability to manage products that combine algorithmic outputs with expert human review.
• Working knowledge of agile product development methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional ability to translate across technical, operational, and business contexts.
• Strong data fluency, including defining and tracking KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change in fast-moving environments.
• Deep capability in customer discovery, including user research and competitive analysis.
• Proven ownership of release readiness, including QA/UAT practices.
