Product Manager - EHR Real World Data - Remote

Overview

Loopback Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for Loopback’s flagship EHR Real World Data product and related services. This role will lead efforts to strengthen Loopback’s market differentiated real world data offering, while also supporting expansion into adjacent products and services. As a key member of Loopback’s product team, this individual will own product strategy and lead the collaboration with data and engineering teams to build new features and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record developing products and features, ideally within the real-world data or broader healthcare technology industry.

In Short

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for Loopback’s core EHR real world data product.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to design and implement new features.
• Drive efforts to identify and source new datasets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the RWD / RWE space.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to develop product positioning.
• Spearhead product marketing activities.
• Track and monitor product KPIs.
• Coach and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• B.A. or B.S. in relevant fields; MBA highly preferred.
• 3+ years of product or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker with market trend identification skills.
• Comfortable working with data and analytical.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
