Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

Loopback Analytics is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator to drive the day-to-day solution design, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform and related revenue processes.

In Short

• Manage and maintain Loopback's Salesforce platform
• Create & modify reports, dashboards, layouts, and custom fields
• Generate and QA monthly & quarterly reports
• Build and maintain simple automations
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits
• Provide training & support to Salesforce users
• Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases
• Manage the backlog of features and enhancements
• Support sales rep commission planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with data and analytical
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Understanding of the healthcare industry a plus
